Spot

May 2007 – August 2019

Yes, Spot was a dalmatian (clever aren’t we?).  Spot’s mom was bred by our neighbor and was the cutest of the litter.  He basically chose us when he was about 6-weeks old and we came to pick one out.  He waddled right over to my daughter and climbed up onto her.  She said, Spot is mine!

Spot’s eyes were different colors which added to her beauty.  One blue eye and one brown eye.  When she looked at you, she looked magical.  Well, except when she did something wrong, then she wouldn’t look at you at all, she would turn her head and put her nose down obviously avoiding direct eye contact.  Honestly though, aside from puppy days, she was such a great addition to our home.  She was so docile we almost thought of training her to be a service dog.

Spot lived to be 12, and was the brightest part of walking in our door each day.  We all miss her so much, but know we will see her again sometime.  Thank you Spot for the best years of our lives!
