Fluffy was the best rabbit ever, purchased from a farm up the street from us when she was still a baby bunny. Fluffy was fluffy! One of the best things about Fluffy was she didn’t shed. We used to take her with us in the car to friends’ houses (if they did not have pets that is) to socialize her and get her used to people. It worked! She would hop right to you and let you pet her. She also liked her cage, and we would leave the door open for her to go in and out when she liked. Did you know you can potty train a bunny? They really do make wonderful pets!
Our favorite thing to do with Fluffy was to create a maze of books all through our house. She was so smart, she never jumped over and would follow the open paths right to the end, which of course was stocked with baby carrots for her to eat. She somehow knew there would be a prize for her if she made it all the way through to the end.
Fluffy fell ill at the age of eight, and she crossed over the rainbow bridge. We miss Fluffy and the smiles she brought people. She was so special. Love you Fluffy!
